This incredible beach is only about 30 minutes (would be 10 if the road wasn't so narrow and winding) from home. It has become my favorite local beach spot and favorite surfing location as well. The amazing thing about beaches here is that they are considered crowded when there are 5-10 people on it at one time...you can often sit here for hours and not see anything but waves, blue skies, and the occasional yellow-eyed penguin.
